We are currently in network with commercial UPMC/UPMC for you , Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Cigna insurance plans.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Another option is to provide you a with a receipt of services, that you can easily submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will get reimbursed for sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no-show appointments will be billed for the full amount and are charged to the credit card on file.  Insurance companies may not pay for no-show charges or late cancellation charges.  If your appointment is canceled or missed, contact your therapist for a new appointment time.  After 3 cancellations or no shows, you will not be able to schedule another appointment and will be referred to another provider.  If you have arranged with your therapist to have standing appointments, then after the first no show, all appointments will be removed from the schedule and will have to arrange appointments weekly.
